SUNSPRA’s annual conference brings together professionals, thought leaders, and experts from our field. Our conference promises to deliver a high-impact experience for attendees.
Don't miss this opportunity to bring your solutions and lessons learned to school communicators across Florida. Everyone is invited to submit a proposal, with priority given to SUNSPRA members.
The deadline for submitting your proposal is Friday, February 13, 2026. Submissions will be completed via our online portal.

Submission Guidelines
To be considered as a speaker, please be prepared to submit the following:

Brief biography highlighting your relevant experience

Brief summary of your proposed presentation

Any supporting materials (e.g., previous speaking engagements, publications)
We are seeking presenters who offer unique insights, effective strategies and tactics, timely information on new and emerging issues, useful, hands-on resource materials, and relevant content and experiences that meet the high standards of SUNSPRA. As you develop your proposal, please consider and communicate how your topic might apply to a range of district sizes and communication office sizes.
Selection Process
Our review committee will evaluate all submissions based on relevance, originality, and potential impact (see rubric sample). Accepted speakers will be notified by February 27, 2026.
